It all started with one man's hard work... Jimmy's Famous seafood was founded in 1974 by Demetrios "Jimmy" Minadakis, a greek immigrant from the island of Karpathos. After purchasing the land, Jimmy and some of his friends and family proceeded to build a bar with their bare hands.

Soon after, Jimmy would add a carry-out and outdoor dining area for his customers to enjoy their crabs and seafood. Over the next 20 years, Jimmy would add the dining room and two catering halls for his beloved Patrons and Friends to enjoy their famous steaks, crabs, seafood and spirits.

Today, Jimmy's Legacy is carried on by his three sons - John, Nik and Tony - blessed with the same passion and pride that Jimmy was so famous for. Whether you come in for a group of three hundred or a party of one, you can expect the same delicious food and hospitality that has made Jimmy's so Famous.
